He has also dealt with the state mediators typically assigned to negotiations in this area. Additionally, he has dealt with, and maintained a good working relationship with, the principal union locals representing public employees in this area, including PSSU, SEIU, AFSCME, UFCW, USW, and Teamsters.
Regularly represents private and public employers in discrimination claims before the EEOC and the PHRC.
Appeared before the State Civil Service Commission, and represented counties and municipalities in representation and unfair labor practice matters before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.
