Bob is a shareholder in the Firm. After two years in private practice, Bob joined American Life Insurance Company, becoming General Counsel in 1977. Prior to re-entering private practice in 1991, he spent 14 years with SCM Corporation and later by merger with Hanson PLC, a 15-billion dollar British based international conglomerate. During this period, responsibilities included serving as General Counsel for SmithCorona and Proctor-Silex, corporate counsel for several other Hanson companies, including Durkee Famous Foods, Farberware, Proctor & Schwartz and GST Auto Leather, serving as president of two Hanson Trucking subsidiaries and as Assistant General Counsel for Hanson’s U.S. operations with 238 subsidiaries and divisions.

Bob concentrates his practice in equipment leasing and finance, commercial collections, workouts, business law, joint ventures, partnerships, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, and commercial real estate. He also serves a wide range of clients in areas such as mediations, ethics, and shareholder/partnership issues.
