Bob received his B.A. in Mathematics from Franklin and Marshall College in 1968 and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1972.  Bob is a shareholder of the Firm.

After two years in private practice, Bob joined American Life Insurance Company, becoming General Counsel in 1977.  Prior to re-entering private practice in 1991, he spent 14 years with SCM Corporation and later Hanson Industries, a 15-billion dollar international conglomerate.  During this period, Bob served in a multitude of roles, including General Counsel to SmithCorona and Proctor-Silex, corporate counsel for several other Hanson companies, president of two Hanson trucking subsidiaries and as Assistant General Counsel for Hanson.

Bob’s practice areas include commercial disputes and commercial collections, joint ventures, partnerships, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, financing, employment and non-competition, real estate, licensing,  leasing, private label and advertising. His practice also includes mediations, as well as counseling clients in areas such as product safety, arbitrations, litigation, OSHA, CPSC, FTC, antitrust, ethics, environmental, shareholder issues, due diligence and general corporate matters.
