 Alison H. Tulio is a member of the Litigation Department. She focuses her
practice in the areas of collections and construction law and represents both
large corporations as well as individuals. Alison represents Pennsylvania
municipalities and has significant experience in the interpretation, enforcement
and collection of business-privilege and other local taxes.Alison received
her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Ithaca
College in 1994. During the period from 1994 to 1998, she
worked in the managed care sector of the healthcare industry for
health care providers. Alison received her Juris Doctor from
Widener University School of Law in December, 2000. While
attending Widener, Alison spent the summer of 1999 studying
abroad in Geneva, Switzerland, where she studied International
Copyright Law and International Rights of Women and Children.
At Widener, she was also a Board Member of the Health Law
Society.
Alison is
admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the
State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the
Pennsylvania Business Privilege & Mercantile Tax Collectors
Association, the American Bar Association and the Montgomery Bar
Association. |
