 David M. Steckel, a
native of Allentown, Pennsylvania, is a Shareholder in the
Firm’s Litigation Group, and focuses his practice in the areas
of Labor (Management) and Employment Law, as well as Commercial
Litigation. Dave received his Bachelor of Science Degree,
cum laude, from Bloomsburg University in 1992, and subsequently
received his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1998, where he was a member of the Dickinson
Journal of International Law. Following receipt of his J.D., he
served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward N. Cahn, Chief
Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Pennsylvania, as well as for the Honorable Franklin
S. Van Antwerpen, Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the
Third Circuit.
Dave is admitted to practice in the Courts
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court
for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Flamm
Walton PC, Dave was a Shareholder at a medium-sized
Harrisburg law firm.
In addition to practicing in the areas of Employment Law and
Commercial
Litigation, Dave also represents clients in the areas of Civil
Rights Litigation and Defamation Law.
For the past two
years, Dave has served as the President of the Central
Pennsylvania chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research
Foundation. |
