Dylan B. SpadaccinoDylan Spadaccino was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. After receiving his undergraduate degree in 1997, Dylan co-founded a commercial demolition company to provide highly specialized demolition services in owner/tenant occupied commercial and industrial sites. Dylan was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple sophisticated projects.

Dylan obtained his Pennsylvania real estate license for the purpose of expanding his demolition business into real estate development. While implementing this goal, he advised clients in purchasing and selling single family homes, vacant land and investment properties.  In consulting clients in the purchase and sale of real property, Dylan settled transactions valued in excess of $7,750,000.

With this solid business and field experience under his belt, Dylan then entered South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where he achieved the Phi Delta Phi Highest Grade Award in Legal Research & Writing and Consumer Law, as well as making the Dean’s List on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Flamm Walton, Dylan worked for a Houston law firm, where he concentrated on construction litigation and real estate law, which included the defense of mechanic liens, construction defect litigation and broker liability.

Dylan is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Texas.  His practice is currently focused in the areas of construction and real estate law, as well as commercial litigation.
