Mark
Mullineaux, a shareholder in the Firm, handles all types of business litigation,
commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation and is an aggressive
trial lawyer who takes cases to final verdict.
One of Mark’s major strengths is patent litigation and he is lead counsel
in a number of patent infringement cases involving the telecommunications
industry throughout the nation.
From 1984 to 2000, Mark practiced with one of Philadelphia’s largest law firms,
first as an associate and then as an equity partner.
Prior to joining Flamm, Boroff & Bacine, PC, Mark was a shareholder at a
regional Philadelphia law firm which specialized in intellectual property
matters.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, from which he
received his Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude in 1984.
While at Notre Dame, Mark served on Law Review.
He graduated from Shippensburg University in 1981 with a degree in
Business Finance, Summa Cum Laude.
Mark’s practice areas include review and advice on business law, contracts,
corporate law, intellectual property, licensing, as well as litigation in
commercial, intellectual property and telecommunications disputes.
Mark is an active participant in various committees and sections of the American
Bar and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and has served as a member of the Zoning
Hearing Board of Wallace Township, Chester County.
