Richard Micco was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and received his B.A. in
Political Science from Temple University in 1992 where he was a member of the
Undergraduate Council of Arts and Sciences. He received his J.D. from Temple
University Beasley School of Law in 2000 where he was Internet and Articles
Editor of The Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and an officer of
the International Law Society. His article, "Putting the Terrorist Sponsoring
State in the Dock: Recent Changes in the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and
the Individual's Recourse Against Foreign Powers" was published in the Spring
2000 edition of the Journal.Richard has over 5 years of successful experience
representing and counseling corporations and other enterprises
in complex business transactions. His clients have included
automotive, medical and software companies, banks and other
financial institutions, including commercial lenders, private
mortgage companies and real estate management companies. |
