Dominic Liberi was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October
6, 1948. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Temple
University in 1972, where he was a member of the National
Political Science Honor Society. He received his J.D. from
Widener University School of Law in 1984, where he was an
Associate Editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
Dominic has 23 years of
successful experience representing and counseling public and
private corporations and other enterprises in complex business
and securities transactions as well as real estate and zoning
matters. He also has represented and held senior management
positions in public companies. In addition, Dominic has served
on the Boards of Directors and has counseled numerous non-profit
organizations. His clients have included banks and other
financial institutions, including organization of de novo banks
and private commercial lenders. He also has represented
insurance companies, manufacturers, real estate developers,
technology companies and physician organizations. |
