Bob currently concentrates his practice in Labor and Employment Law and Litigation.  Bob received his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 1999, from which he graduated with Honors and Highest Distinction.  Bob received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2002.  While at Villanova, Bob served as a legal writing teaching assistant and executive member of the Villanova Moot Court Board.

Upon graduating from law school, Bob served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Kaplan, District Chief Administrative Law Judge for the United States Labor Department, where he gained extensive experience in a variety of employment law matters.

Bob is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.  He is admitted to practice law in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
