Thomas L. Heimbach, joined Flamm, Boroff & Bacine, PC in January, 2007.  Previously, Tom had been a partner in Heimbach, Spitko and Heckman, a management labor and employment firm in the Lehigh Valley.  Tom and his partners founded the firm in 1992 after working for some years with a large Philadelphia firm.  Mr. Heimbach will be principally based in the Firm’s Lehigh Valley office located in the Westfield Corporate Center, 4905 West Tilghman Street, Allentown, PA.

Mr. Heimbach, who was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Boston College, Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Heimbach concentrates his practice in the area of employment law and labor relations, for a wide array of private and public sector employers. He is a member and former Chairman of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as a member and former Chairman of the Northampton County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Committee, and a member of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Northeastern Pennsylvania Industrial Relations Research Association (IRRA).
