Ronald
Bluestein was born in
Philadelphia
Pennsylvania on November 25, 1939.
He graduated from Temple
University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1961, from
Temple University School of Law with a J.D. in 1964 and obtained
his Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 1968.
He was employed by the Internal Revenue Service as an
Estate and Gift Tax Agent, Income Tax Auditor and Pension Trust
Examiner from 1964 to 1966.
Ronald was employed as an Accountant with various
accounting firms from 1959 to 1961.
In 1966, he commenced the practice of law and in 1968
formed his own law firm which specialized in tax law with
offices in Philadelphia,
Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD.
From 1976 to 1982, Ronald was an adjunct professor at
Temple University School of Business Administration in the
Center for Professional Development Tax Institute.
Since 1967,
Ronald has authored in excess of 50 articles for legal,
accounting, insurance and medical associations, on the topics of
tax law, corporate law and business law.
This included a series of articles as contributing editor
to Prentice Hall, The Legal Intelligencer, The Journal of
Taxation, The Tax Magazine and numerous other prestigious
publications.
Ronald has also lectured on more than 100 occasions to numerous
professional groups including but not limited to legal,
accounting, insurance, business, banking and other professional
organizations and societies.
Ronald has represented numerous clients in corporate
matters, business matters, real estate transactions, estate
planning, tax planning, estate administration, trust
administration, international transactions and purchases and
sales of companies. Ronald increased his knowledge and skills in
these areas of law by being the creator and owner of numerous
international and domestic business ventures including real
estate companies, international trade companies, equipment
leasing companies, health clubs, petrol stations, finance
companies and other international and domestic business
ventures.
Ronald is
admitted to practice in the Courts of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Tax
Court. He is the
recipient of an “AV” rating by Martindale Hubbell, and is a
member of the Philadelphia and Montgomery Bar Associations.
He is married to Flora Bluestein, and has four children,
all of whom reside in this region.
