PRACTICE

Mr. Fitzpatrick has a wide-ranging practice which includes criminal defense, civil litigation, real estate, entertainment law and international business transactions.

In his litigation practice, Mr. Fitzpatrick focuses on defending clients who have been charged with serious federal or state crimes; representing injured plaintiffs in significant personal injury actions; and representing businesses in contractual disputes.

His transactional practice involves the negotiation, analysis, and structuring of business entities and commercial transactions.  He has represented both buyers and sellers of businesses and real estate; has negotiated employment contracts for radio and television personalities, has arranged international joint ventures; and has secured agreements for United States basketball players to play in the European leagues.
